1. Referrer Eligibility

To join the referrer programme you must:

1.1 Be a current member of GoTo Car Share with a valid driver login, and
1.2 Have used your account at least once in the 12 months prior to joining the programme.

2. Referee Eligibility

To be eligible as a recipient of the referrer programme:

2.1 You must complete the sign-up process and be a current member of GoTo Car Share with a valid driver login.
2.2 You confirm that you are signing up for the first time and maintain only one member/driver account.

3. Referrer Process

3.1 A referrer must request a unique code and URL from our website at the following link: https://goto.nz/refer
3.2 Referrers can provide their unique code or URL to a potential referee.
3.3 Referees must enter the unique code into the Referral Code field in the sign-up form at https://goto.nz/driver-account-registration 

4. Reward Process

4.1 Rewards will be issued to eligible drivers who have completed the steps outlined in these terms and conditions.
4.2 A Prezzie Card to the value of $50 will be provided to the referrer and referee after:
4.2.1 The referee has booked and completed a minimum of three hours of car sharing services from GoTo Car Share, and;
4.2.2 The referee has fully paid for all their completed bookings.
4.3 Rewards can be collected from our offices at Basestation, 148 Durham Street, Tauranga, following notification of a reward being issued.

5. Duration of Promotion

5.1 The Referrer Programme may be closed or modified at any time at our discretion. 
5.2 We will notify all participating drivers of any changes to the Referrer Programme.
