Registered drivers of GoTo Car Share can now choose and book a Tesla Model 3 as part of the fleet of on-demand car hire in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. The latest edition to the fleet offers a premium driving experience for your next journey, easy long distance trips with minimal charging stops, a weekend away, or a special night out!

Specifications: Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus, 2021 "Unicorn", 62.3kWh Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) 345V DC battery, 5.6 second 0-100km/hr acceleration, all black interior, pearl white multi-coat (PPSW), 18’’ aero wheels, cold weather feature.

Interior Design: The Model 3's interior is minimalist and features a large, 15-inch central touchscreen that controls almost all of the car's functions, including climate control, navigation, and audio.

Fast Charging: In addition to charging on the ChargeNet and OpenLoop networks, our Model 3 can also use the Tesla Supercharger network providing a 300km topup in around 30 min.

You can become a member of GoTo Car Share if you are aged 21 or over, with a full valid driver license. Your first step is to create a Membership Account, then add your drivers (including yourself if you want to drive). Next we will provide a login to our mobile and web apps for each driver and they can start making bookings. We encourage you to arrange a time for an induction before your first trip.
